Estateducation ventures into the retirement accommodation sector!

We're delighted to announce that inline with our investment strategy of investing in diversified accommodation sectors we've completed on the purchase of our first venture into the over 55's market. 

Under the brand White & Sterling Retirement Living, Estateducation is creating a lifestyle for the over 55's market that has yet to be seen in Norwich, UK. Residents can expect to live in the privacy of their own apartments yet take advantage of the communal lounge, gym, salon, barbers, crafts room, cinema room and landscaped gardens to create a real sense of belonging. Family members can stay over night in the guest suite. A cheuffuer service is available to residents as and when they wish to travel around the city of Norwich or beyond. 

The proposed development plans include spacious apartments, waist high sockets, video intercom entry, floor sensors (in case residents fall over), CCTV for security, as well as the usual mobility access elevators, lifts and bars. Furthermore, White & Sterling provides assisted living via onsite staff providing 24/7 catering and support.       

CAM Architects has been appointed to design the proposed plans with construction expected to commence within 3 months.
